RockOyster Team (ROT) is a group of individuals who was awarded in June 2021 a Seychelles Climate Change Adaptation Trust (SEYCCAT) large grant of SCR 999,500 for a duration of two years, aimed at determining the economic viability to operate a farm that produces rock oyster scientifically known as Crassostrea Cucullata for consumption and commercial purposes in Seychelles.

Rock oysters (also known as Crassostrea cucullata) occur naturally in Seychelles and they can be found growing in a number of areas across Mahé as well as in and other islands.
